Kathleen’s first year in real estate was in 1986. She graduated from Wayne State University’s School of Business Administration, with a major in marketing. Kathleen has seven years’ experience in marketing and business development for a Tier 1 automotive supplier.

She was a sales liaison and associate ownership of an electrical component and outlet assembly for military applications. She has three years’ experience in the newsprint industry, display advertising and relationship marketing management. She graduated Magna Cum Laude, and Beta Gamma Sigma.

She is a member of the Grosse Pointe North Athletic Booster as well as the Grosse Pointe North Band & Orchestra Booster Member since 2007. Kathleen has one son at University of Michigan and one daughter at Grosse Pointe North High School.

Richmond Inger first realized his passion for real estate investing when he joined the Investment Club while attending Albion College. He then later transferred to Wayne State University School of Business, earning dean list honors with his focus on Corporate Finance. After college he focused on asset allocations, investment seminars and analyzing property values. With this he obtained the knowledge of conducting business within the Metro Detroit area. Understanding his drive and goals in life, he knew it was time to practice real estate full time, which presented endless opportunities.

Richmond has helped hundreds of clients buy and/or sell their homes. His first year in real estate was an outstanding year for him with 4 million dollars in completed sales, as well as being recognized by RE/MAX International as being one of the top agents by being awarded the “100% Club”.

In 2006 Scott and his partner Richmond Inger joined forces and expanded their ventures by started their own company Fast Cash for Homes. They have become one of the largest REO (Real Estate Owned) Agents. They work with many of the city’s and larger banks, purchasing anywhere from ten to fifty homes per month. Rich is constantly working on improving neighborhoods and values of the homes around the areas that purchase. They believe in closing homes quickly, without any hassles.

He has an extensive professional background in investing, long term investments (i.e. rentals) and most importantly returning profits on investments. During his career, he has assisted hundreds of clients with the purchasing and/or selling of their home. From first time home buyers to his educational home buying seminars, his client’s needs are always met. Scott Zemens first recognized his passion for investing in real estate while attending Oakland University. After college he interned at North Western Mutual focusing on asset allocations and investments. Before joining RE/MAX in 2001, Scott focused on the knowledge of establishing 403B retirement’s funds for nonprofit organizations and studying and analyzing property values. With this he obtained the knowledge of conducting business within the Metro Detroit area. Understanding his drive and goals in life, he knew it was time to practice real estate full time, which presented endless opportunities.

His first year in real estate he had an outstanding year with 5 million dollars in completed sales. Additionally he was rated as one of the top five sales agents for the overall year. He has since helped hundreds of clients buy and/or sell their homes.

Purchasing small pools of properties from banks that wanted to sell homes in bulk. In 2006 with market conditions changing they have become one of the largest REO (Real Estate Owned) Agents in Metro Detroit, handling up to 600 homes at a time. They work with many of the cities and larger banks, purchasing anywhere 100 to 600 homes a year. Now they have become the largest purchaser of real estate in the Metropolitan Detroit area. They believe in closing homes quickly, without any hassles.

In 2010 Scott went on to further his education in real estate and took the necessary classes to apply for his broker license in the state of Michigan, Now becoming the second associate broker at RE/MAX Acclaim. In 2011 Rich and Scott purchased the first ever bulk property sale from the Macomb County Treasure tax sale; buying over 250 houses at one time. They put their team to work rehabbing, renting and making these homes brand new again, for first time home buyers or renters looking for a new place to live.

In 2012 we made some big changes, the first time in my real estate career being my own principle broker and opening our own new office. Today we work with new construction builders, non- profits agency and cities and counties. We look forward to new and exciting projects that allow our team to work together and show the differences between one agent and a team of agents working together.
